D2C Fashion Brand Scaling
The Situation: A newly launched D2C fashion apparel brand was running initial Facebook Ads to gain traction. They were generating a baseline revenue of ₹2,500 to ₹4,000 per day in orders.
The Problem: The initial Meta Ads campaigns were inefficient, operating at a break-even 1.3x to 1.5x ROAS. Ad spend was fragmented and the brand lacked a systematic creative testing process to find winning angles, making profitable scaling impossible.
What Was Done (The Strategy):
- Competitor & Creative Testing: Conducted in-depth competitor research utilizing the Meta Ads Library and tested multiple creative formats across various product categories to isolate what worked well with the target audience.
- Hero Product Isolation: Analysed the testing data to identify one "hero product" that drove the cheapest clicks and highest purchase intent.
- Creative Pivot: Paused underperforming ads and launched multiple new creative variations specifically for the hero product. The new angle strictly focused on clear product showcases paired with strong offers, highlighting premium technical features (e.g., 100% cotton, 240 GSM).
- CRO Alignment: Ensured the landing page experience seamlessly matched the ad copy to reduce drop-off. Integrated multiple CRO elements, including trust badges, secure payment icons, and customer testimonials. Implemented urgency triggers (e.g., "Sale ends in X hours"), authority-building signals (e.g., "200+ people bought this"), and cross-selling/upselling sections (e.g., "Complete the Look"). Additionally, reduced overall checkout friction by deploying a streamlined quick-checkout process.
