Gazon Top ("the app", "we", "us") helps users find and book football pitches in Uzbekistan. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Name and phone number. When you sign in with your phone number, we store your name and phone number. This information is shared with the pitch owner when you make a booking, so they can confirm your reservation and contact you if needed — the same way you'd give your number if you called a pitch directly.
Location. With your permission, we use your device's location to show your distance to pitches and to suggest the nearest city. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings; the app works without it, just without distance information.
Account identifier. When you sign in, Firebase (our backend provider) assigns your account a unique ID, used internally to link your bookings to your account.
Usage analytics. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (e.g., which screens are visited, general usage patterns) so we can improve it. This data is not linked to your name or phone number.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers with industry-standard encryption in transit. Access to booking data is restricted so that only you can view or cancel your own bookings.
