These are the General Terms for Representation ("General Terms") of Steve Rice Law ("Firm"). Together with the Case-Specific Terms and the Caption, they form the Terms of Representation ("Terms"). The Case-Specific Terms and the Caption are handwritten or printed on the Terms form or another document, depending on the Case.

Flat fee

Client must pay Firm a flat fee for representation as a whole, including Firm’s expertise, services, availability to provide those services, and assumption of risks and obligations.
