Goal is to generate $500k in pipeline for Google AdPilot within 2 months of launch.

Constraints: Average ACV for ZZZ = $10k.Google AdPilot is available only as part of the Enterprise plans, OR As a paid add-on.

Given the 2-month pipeline constraint and an average ACV of $10k, Google AdPilot is positioned primarily as a paid add-on for existing Growth customers running meaningful Google Ads spend. Enterprises can be included as a secondary motion for deals already in flight. But we don’t rely on the enterprises for near-term pipeline creation.

Product: Revenue-aligned Google Ads optimisation using account-level signals

Price: $10k paid add-on; included in Enterprise plans

Place: Direct sales via expansion and Enterprise motion

Promotion: Sales-led GTM supported by education-driven demand gen
