Effective Date: 26 August 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("you", "user") and Alexandre de Paula Dias Junior ("we", "us", "developer") regarding your use of the Grimoire mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using Grimoire, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Grimoire on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any of its content
• Extract, redistribute, republish, or otherwise use the stories, illustrations, narration audio, or any other content from the App outside of the App itself
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its underlying services

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Grimoire offers optional in-app purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional content.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial.
