Grip is an outreach layer for your AI agent. From Claude or Codex, it reaches real people on LinkedIn in your voice and from your own account, with the full history of each relationship behind every message. It paces every send so the account stays safe, and goes quiet the instant someone replies.

Ru-speaking founders network primer

A curated list of companies built by Russian-speaking founders for international markets — US, EU, LatAm, GCC, and SEA in the broadest scope. What qualifies a company is who founded it and where it sells, not where it is registered: HQ in Russia doesn't disqualify a company serving global customers, and a Cyprus registration doesn't qualify one that only sells to the Russian market.

The list has two layers.

Companies (~1,600). Every company carries at least one identified founder or C-level person; companies whose teams could not be identified were removed rather than kept on faith.

People (~1,700 founders and C-level). Primarily founders, each with a LinkedIn profile and, where resolvable, their education, languages, and earliest employers.

Origin is decided from that evidence (a CIS university, an early career in the region, the language on the profile), never from how a name sounds.

Caveats worth knowing: the people layer is founder-first, and that is an approximation, especially for the largest companies, where founders may have stepped back and current leadership is not mapped. Treat it as a starting point, not an org chart.
