This is a role for someone who enjoys building businesses, not just managing channels.
You'll work closely with the founder to drive the brand's next stage of expansion, turning strong momentum into long-term, sustainable growth.
What you'll do
- Own revenue growth across E-commerce and marketplace channels.
- Build and execute the roadmap required to scale the business
- Drive performance across Amazon, Flipkart, quick commerce, and emerging channels.
- Identify new opportunities across categories, partnerships, and distribution.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to improve acquisition, visibility, and conversion.
- Build forecasting, reporting, and performance frameworks to support sustainable growth.
- Work closely with the founder on strategic business decisions and expansion plans.
What we're looking for

- Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
Who you are
- 6–10 years of experience across e-commerce, growth, marketplace, or consumer businesses.
- Have previously been part of a 1>100 journey with a brand
- D2C / consumer brand / FMCG / marketplace / omni-channel background.
