Two case studies below: building a B2B acquisition system from zero for a US SaaS startup, and running a small-budget Meta ads test for a local FMCG brand — including what underperformed and why. Currently completing a BBA in Marketing at Bahria University, Karachi.

Revilo is an early-stage SaaS startup building a platform that connects drivers with automotive service providers across the US. The app was pre-launch when I joined — no online presence, no providers on the platform, no outreach pipeline. Everything needed to be built from scratch, on both the demand side (drivers) and the supply side (mechanics, tow trucks, fleet services).
Rather than wait for launch, I ran a lean 7-day Meta test to check whether paid social could generate leads ahead of time: geo-targeted campaigns on Atlanta and Dallas, lookalike and interest-based audiences, on a $100 budget.

Once it was clear the app itself wasn't ready for customer acquisition, I paused the ads and redirected the budget and effort toward provider acquisition instead.

I built the full cold outreach system from scratch to bring automotive service providers onto the platform: contact list building across mechanics, tow trucks and fleet services in Atlanta and Dallas; HubSpot setup with sequences, automation workflows, segmentation and pipeline tracking; and the outreach copy and strategy itself.
| Sequence | Result |
|---|---|
| Sequence 1 — 48 contacts | 2.84% reply rate · 2.27% meeting rate |
| Sequence 2 — 63 contacts | Deployed with automated follow-up |
Every lead moved through automated follow-up sequences, so nothing was manually tracked or lost.
