Itinerary

Arrive in Kathmandu to explore the beautiful city before a flight to Lukla, where we take to the trails and run for 11 days amidst the highest mountains in the world. We’ll cross passes, share masala chai and good conversations in the tea houses with locals & traveler’s. We’ll get off the major tourist trail & view Everest from some rarer, magnificent viewpoints before flying back to celebrate in Kathmandu.

D2 Explore Kathmandu & rest before our expedition

D3 Flight to Lukla – run to Phakding or Namche Bazaar (3440) 18km/1600m

D4 Acclimatisation day in Namche with local run/hike & Sagamartha Next

D5 Acclimatisation day in Namche: chill hike to Everest & Ama Dablam views (3962m)

D6 Namche - Pangboche (3860m) (bakery stop in Tengboche) 14km/1200m

D7 Acclimatisation day: Ama Dablam BC (4600), stay in Pangboche 11km/760m

D8 Pangboche - Dingboche (4410m) 6km/418m

D9 Dingboche to Chukkung (4730m) 5km/416m (optional Chukhung Ri 5km/800m)
