IAM GROUP:
An IAM Group is a collection of IAM Users who share the same permissions. Instead of giving permissions to each user one by one, you assign permissions to the group, and all users in that group automatically get those permissions.
It has:
- Easier permission management
- No need to assign policies one by one
- Better organization and security
