We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations while ensuring compliance and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead performance management and appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide HR-related recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
