• 戴上 Apple Vision Pro，打开 Hand Skeleton。
• 窗口右上角可切换「中 / En」。骨头名称始终同时显示中文和英文。
• 点击「进入沉浸空间」，并允许手部追踪。进入后，真实的手会隐藏，只显示骨骼。
• 抬起左手。27 块骨骼会按你的手缩放，并跟随对应关节弯曲、旋转。
• 用右手捏住任意一块骨头，把它从左手上取出来。旁边会显示白色中文名称和淡黄色英文名称。
• 松开右手后，骨头会自动回到左手对应关节。
• 学习结束后，点击「关闭沉浸空间」即可退出。
• Put on Apple Vision Pro and open Hand Skeleton.
• Use the 中 / En control in the upper-right corner to switch the interface language. Bone names always appear in both Chinese and English.
• Tap Enter Immersive Space and allow hand tracking. Your real hands are hidden, and only the skeleton is shown.
• Raise your left hand. The 27 bones scale to your hand and follow each joint as you bend and rotate it.
• Pinch any bone with your right hand to pull it off the left hand. Its Chinese name appears in white, and its English name in pale yellow.
• Release the bone and it returns to its joint on the left hand.
• When you are finished, tap Close Immersive Space.
