These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Harvest, a mobile application owned and operated by CSB LLC.
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using Harvest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Harvest.
Harvest helps users discover local food sources, including farmers markets, butcher shops, farm stores, produce stands, local egg sellers, local dairy sources, and other food-related businesses or locations.
Harvest may provide business names, addresses, categories, hours, maps, directions, descriptions, user-submitted information, and other listing details.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Harvest. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use Harvest only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Harvest, you represent that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.
Harvest requires a paid subscription to access the app or certain features.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple using your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Harvest may offer different subscription plans, prices, trials, promotions, or features. Subscription pricing and availability may vary by country, region, device, or offer.
Harvest may offer free trials, discounted subscriptions, or promotional access. Trial and promotional terms may vary and may be subject to additional conditions shown at the time of purchase.
If a trial converts to a paid subscription, you may be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends according to Apple’s rules and timing.
Purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
CSB LLC does not control Apple’s refund decisions.
