About the role

Bloomflow is a SaaS platform dedicated to collaborative innovation within large organisations โ€” structuring, steering, and accelerating their innovation, transformation, and AI initiatives. With 10 years of experience, Bloomflow acquired Agorize, a 15-year veteran of the sector, to build a major player in enterprise innovation. Together, we serve nearly 200 international enterprise clients and leading organisations.

To grow this installed base, we are creating a strategic Head of Account Management role. This senior position drives the value delivered to existing clients across the full post-sale lifecycle: account expansion, contract negotiation, renewals, sensitive situations, and account strategy. Performance is measured primarily by growth generated on the installed base โ€” NRR is one of your key indicators.

Your role

You are responsible for developing our existing client portfolio โ€” turning solid relationships into long-term, high-value partnerships and converting expansion opportunities into revenue across all accounts.

You work closely with CSMs and Project Managers without managing them directly (their management sits with the VP Customer Experience). Your value: orchestrate, influence, and rally these teams around a shared account strategy and commercial value creation.
