You'll own the brand narrative end-to-end, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a clear, compelling, and differentiated point of view.
What you'll do
- Lead brand strategy, communication planning, and storytelling across channels
- Define the brand's voice, positioning, and messaging architecture
- Drive integrated campaigns from insight and concept through execution
- Partner with product, marketing, design, and business teams to shape consumer-facing narratives
- Build communication frameworks for launches, innovations, and strategic initiatives
- Oversee content, creative, and campaign calendars across touchpoints
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary brand and communications team
What we're looking for
- 8–12 years of experience across brand strategy, communications, marketing, or consumer storytelling
- Strong track record of building and scaling consumer brands
- Experience developing brand platforms, campaign strategies, and communication frameworks
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear consumer narratives
- Strong understanding of brand, culture, consumer behaviour, and category dynamics
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and creative teams
