You'll lead the design function end-to-end, balancing brand-building, creative excellence, and team leadership.
What you'll do
- Own the brand's visual identity across packaging, retail, digital + campaigns
- Lead creative direction for launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Build, mentor and scale an in-house design team
- Develop design systems that ensure consistency across touch points
- Partner with marketing, content, and business teams to translate strategy into creative output
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners
What we're looking for
- 7–12 years of experience in brand, graphic, or communication design
- Strong portfolio spanning both print and digital mediums
- Experience leading teams and driving creative processes
- Demonstrated contribution to building and growing consumer brands
- Understanding of typography, packaging, layout, and visual communication
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design workflows
