You'll manage and grow our 100+ strong Venture Partner community of founders, operators and enterprise leaders, who represent $1tn in market cap and act as a core part of our fund DNA. Your job: keep it running like clockwork and take it to the next level.
We're looking for a senior operator with 10+ years' experience, who comes alive in a room full of senior executives, communicates and presents effortlessly, stays hyper-organised, and can run their own show.

You will be joining a supportive, ambitious, hard-working and mission-driven team and one of the strongest communities in venture in Europe. Day to day you will work closely with our General Partner, Mario with weekly touchpoints across the full Emerge team. This is intended primarily to be a part-time role of 3-4 days per week.
The crown jewel of Emerge is our Venture Partner community. While many funds talk about community, we’ve cracked the formula for actually running one. The majority of our Venture Partners are investors in our fund, every company we bring to IC is evaluated by at least 10 VPs and 90% of our portfolio has 1-5 VPs on their cap table.
At Emerge, 'platform' means our Venture Partner community and the value-add machine built around it. Your job is to manage and grow this community, be the glue that connects it and develop new innovative ideas and initiatives to take it to next level. Success means empowering every VP to help us evaluate, win and support companies through long-term relationships, while delivering high-impact value to Emerge and each portfolio company.
