What this cluster is about

This cluster documents the event-driven, self-observing hook layer for Hermes and compatible AI toolchains (Copilot, Cloud Code, Gemini, Codex). The core idea: instrument every agent with semantic hooks that emit structured events onto a shared bus, then deploy specialised observer agents that learn from those traces and gradually reshape how the system behaves — without retraining the underlying models.

This work sits at the intersection of Multi-Agent Systems, Autonomic Computing (MAPE-K), Event-Driven Architecture, and Runtime Observability.
