The strategy behind this page. Long verses are impressive on paper and useless in an exam hall, because under pressure you will not recall them accurately — and a misquoted āyah costs more marks than no āyah at all. This page contains only short, famous verses of three to eight words, each chosen because it serves four or more topics across the syllabus.
Memorise these fifteen āyāt and twelve aḥādīth and you can supply scriptural evidence for essentially every topic in all seven themes.

<aside> ⚠️
Honesty rule that protects your marks. If you are unsure of a verse number, write only the Sūrah name — "Sūrah al-Ḥujurāt" is safe, a wrong number is not. Likewise, ḥadīth numbering differs between printed editions, so naming the collection — "Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī" — is sufficient and safer than a number you half-remember.
