Hightown is the more affluent upper half of New City, separated from Lowtown by Mid River.
The oldest suburb in the city, and mostly made of renovated brownstones and historical single family housing. The entire neighborhood is upkept by the city as a conservation effort from lawn care to paint jobs, everything but internal repairs.

This is one of many locations under Burnwood’s ownership that acts as a safehouse for her and her allies.
Home to the legal proceedings of the Good Court, and largely run by the Zinnia coven (witches dedicated to justice no matter the cost). Its hallowed halls have honored many martyrs and condemned many transgressors.
The Turnstile is the most affluent micro-neighborhood in New City. It is nearly impossible to live on the Turnstile unless you are a titan in your own industry. The Turnstile is on a constantly revolving disc, that allows for all its residents to get equal turns of sunlight without any of the incredibly tall skyscrapers getting too hot and causing heat issues. However, most people speculate that the extra “benefit” of public transport being unable to enter therefore keeping the Turnstile more elite. Crystalline, pastel, soft colors.
