We are looking for a Growth Intern to join The HashMind. This role is ideal for someone curious, adaptable, and excited to learn the ropes of growth, marketing, and community building in the Web3 & Crypto space.

The Growth Intern will work closely with our business and marketing team to identify opportunities, experiment with strategies, and help scale our impact.

• Assist in creating and executing growth campaigns (social, content, community).
• Research and identify potential leads, partners, and market opportunities to drive growth.
• Support in commenting, engagement, and visibility strategies for clients.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Experiment with new tools, channels, and strategies for driving growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
