About Convallax
Convallax is building options on prediction markets. Backed by Alliance DAO, we are creating a new trading layer where users can buy calls and puts on YES/NO markets.
Prediction markets allow users to trade outcomes through YES and NO positions. Convallax introduces calls and puts on prediction market probabilities, giving traders new ways to express conviction, manage risk, and trade probability movement.
The product sits at the intersection of prediction markets, options, and crypto trading. The design challenge is to take something powerful and make it feel simple, fast, and natural.
The Role
This is not just a visual design role. We need someone who can understand the product, simplify the user journey, improve decision-making flows, and make the interface feel intuitive for both experienced traders and users coming from prediction markets.
The right person should be able to turn a complex trading primitive into a product experience that feels clean, obvious, and easy to use. Great trading products are not only about aesthetics. They are about clarity, confidence, and speed. Bonus points if you understand trader psychology, leverage, payoff structures, market discovery, or how users behave when real money and risk are involved.
What We Are Looking For
Experience across any of the following:
A strong portfolio matters, but taste, clarity of thought, and product judgment matter just as much.
You should be comfortable working with a fast-moving team, thinking from first principles, and designing for users who need to understand risk, payoff, pricing, and position management clearly.
Prior experience with financial products or crypto-native applications is highly preferred.
