Kitchen remodeling has a problem everyone knows about but nobody had solved: closing a single client takes 30–75 days. CAD revisions, site visits, showroom consultations, repeated quotation updates. Remodellers were losing clients mid-process simply because the workflow was exhausting.
We went through three pivots to find the right solution. Each one taught us something. None of them were wasted.
And through it all, one sentence kept us grounded:
"We are not tech savvy people. We want to close clients and keep moving."
What is the specific problem we are trying to solve? What is our approach towards it?
What are the existing solutions available & why aren’t they working?
What are the design principles guiding the development of this product? **
