Change my password

In the **Viewer** and the Builder, there are 2 places where you can change your password:

1. Through the Forgot password link on the Sign in page in the Builder or the Viewer.
2. Through Reset Password under the Account section in Settings that is in the Viewer. Both follow the same steps:
   • Enter your email address and click Next. A recovery link will be sent to your email. If you haven’t received the email, check the spam folder.
   • Open the email and click Set Password.

Password requirements

Your password must have at least:

• 8 characters
• 1 uppercase letter
• 1 lowercase letter
• 1 number
• 1 special character
