After your shelter or rescue organization has been set up on Findpet, our team will provide your Findpet Organization ID.

To link your personal Findpet account to your organization:

  1. Sign in and open the Dashboard or My Pets section.

  1. In the left-hand menu, select Join My Organization.

  1. Type your Findpet Organization ID in the search fileld and press Search buttonn

  1. Check that all organization details are correct and click Join. Email us if you would like to amend the information.

NOTE: after linking your private account to your organization you would be able to add pets as both:

  1. as a private person for registered, lost and found pets
  2. on behalf of your organization to add pets in your shelter or rescue (they will appear in a separate section in the left side menu in Dashboard). You and all other users linked to your organization could also initiate and cancel pet transfer to a new owner.
