To transfer a pet profile from your shelter account to a new owner after adoption, follow these steps:

1. Sign in and open the Dashboard or My Pets section.

1. Find the pet you want to transfer and confirm that the profile information is accurate and up to date. Then select Transfer on the pet's card.

1. Enter the new owner's contact information and submit the transfer. The new owner will receive a notification asking them to confirm the transfer. Once the transfer is confirmed, the pet will appear in the Transferred section of your Dashboard.
