What is ChatGPT Work?

Regular Chat is for questions and conversations. Work helps you complete tasks, research information, and use skills like Founder Council.

Start a new chat in your ChatGPT app. Look for the Chat / Work toggle at the top and select Work.

Who can use it?

Work is included in Free, Go, Plus, Pro, Business, Edu, and Enterprise plans. Usage limits differ.

The simplest check is your own account: if you see Work, select it and follow the steps below. If Work is missing, or ChatGPT says it cannot install skills, this setup is not available on your account yet.

Set it up once

1. Download Founder Council using the link below. On a computer, open the menu beside the founder-council folder name and select Download. Download the entire folder. THIS WILL NOT WORK ON YOUR PHONE.
2. Sign into ChatGPT, start a new chat, and select Work.
3. Click the attachment button beside the message box and attach the Founder Council file you downloaded.
4. With the file attached, send: “Install the Founder Council skill.”
5. Wait for confirmation that installation is complete.
6. Type @ in the message box. A list will appear. Choose Founder Council, then type your business question.

Try this example

“@Founder Council I run a small bakery in Uganda. I want more repeat customers, but my marketing budget is limited. What should I do over the next 30 days?”

Tell it about your business, your goal, and your budget so it can give you more useful guidance.

Keep the conversation going

Ask follow-up questions like “Explain that more simply” or “Help me carry out step one.”
