Submitting Your Design File for Print-on-Demand Products

After placing your order for print-on-demand (POD) products:

1. Complete the checkout process for your order.
2. Once your order is confirmed, open our Intercom chat and start a conversation by providing your order number.
3. Let the chat representative know that you’re submitting a design for your product.
4. Upload your design file directly through the chat.
5. Our team will handle the rest — we’ll reach out to the supplier so they can process your file and prepare your product for production.
