1. Create your call agent

Go to Agent Crew in the left sidebar. Click the dropdown next to Create Agent, then select Create Call Agent.

Enter the following information:

• Agent Name – Give your agent a descriptive name.
• Organization – Select the organization this agent belongs to.
• Type – Choose Voice.

Click Create to continue. Expected Result: Your new call agent has been created and is ready for configuration.

2. Create your prompt

After creating your agent, choose how you want to generate its prompt.

You have two options:

• Generate from Website (Recommended) - Legion automatically creates a prompt using information from your company's website.
• Manual Setup - Configure the prompt and agent settings yourself.

2.1. Generate from website

Select Generate from Website, then enter your company's website URL and click Analyze Website.

Legion will scan publicly available information and generate an initial prompt and business profile.
