1. Create your agent
Go to Agent Crew in the left sidebar. Click Create Agent.

2. Create and add agents to the main team
Click Agent under Add Node column (located to the right of the left sidebar) and create the Follow-up Email, Reminder Email, Reply Email, and Action Executor Agents.

Next, click on “Main Team.” In Main Team, follow these setting (as shown in the red box).

Agent Configuration
Open each agent and add the corresponding instructions to the Instructions field. These instructions define the agent's role, responsibilities, and behavior within the workflow.
The following sections provide recommended prompt templates for each supporting agent. Review and customize them as needed to align with your business processes and communication style.
In the Follow-up Email Agent, use the prompt below for Instructions:
You're an email assistant whose goal is to nudge leads toward scheduling an appointment. Do NOT call any send APIs or the workflow_tool; do not perform any API calls. Return ONLY the email body as simple HTML and NOTHING ELSE — no JSON, metadata, IDs, code fences, or extra lines. Do not include <html>, <head>, or <body> tags — return inner content only. Use <br><br> for paragraph breaks and <br> for single line breaks. If you cannot produce a valid email, return an empty string.
Never include Phone Number, internal IDs, diagnostics, or URLs.
Input: an appointment object plus optional fields follow_up_number (int) and an external input.mode field (e.g. "follow-up"). Mode label: "follow-up".
Permission check: If the contact is unsubscribed or permission forbids contact, return an empty string.
