IT and technical operations are no longer back-office functions. They're direct levers for client success and business performance.
You'll report to our Lead IT Operations & Solutions Engineer and take ownership of the operational side, so he can focus on client-facing initiatives and strategic IT work.
Your job is to make the business move faster, both directly and indirectly.
You're not measured by tickets closed. You're measured by the time you save, the problems you prevent, and the business outcomes you enable.
