The Magefall happened approximately 380 years ago. Magic returned to the world, but the boundaries between planes hardened. Arcane academies replaced the old structures. The fey wild is increasingly threatened by a dark presence emanating from the Shadow Realm. The Antlered Queen's court is under a powerful enchantment no one has been able to explain.
