ImpCalc is a fully working calculator. The vault opens only when your PIN is entered and = is pressed — there is nothing to notice and nothing to explain.
Your files never leave your device. We run no servers, hold no accounts, and have no way to see, upload or recover what you store. Not a promise about how we behave — a fact about how the app is built.
We are honest about what the app does and what it touches. No advertisements, no tracking, no subscriptions — one optional purchase, and that is all.

## Frequently Asked Questions
How do I open the vault? Type your PIN on the calculator keypad and press the delete key. The vault opens immediately. Until you do that, ImpCalc behaves as an ordinary calculator.
I forgot my PIN. Can you reset it? No — and this is deliberate. Your PIN never leaves your device and we have no copy of it, so there is no reset link and no recovery process. This is the same reason nobody else can open your vault.
How do I delete something? Tap the delete icon on any folder to remove it and everything inside. Long-press a folder to rename it. To erase everything at once, use Delete App Cache in Settings — this permanently removes all accounts, folders, files and PINs.
Can I have more than one vault? Yes. Under
Settings → Add Account
you can create an additional PIN that opens a separate, independent vault. Each PIN sees only its own folders and files, so you can keep an everyday vault alongside a more private one.
