• I maintain a private spreadsheet to track all claims. If you claim multiple items, I can create a personal spreadsheet for you to check your claims and their status.

• I can do GOs for any kpop group. I’m also really happy to take on GO requests or personal orders so don't hesitate to DM me! Only items from S.Korea🇰🇷
• I will take that many GOs/personal orders I’m sure I’ll be able to maintain and it will not affect my shipping time/life too much.
• I’ll pack items like I would like my items to be packed. I try to make sure your stuff arrives safely with zero damage. Unfortunately, I cannot always guarantee that item will arrive 100% flawless due to not very gentle couriers 😭
• I reuse bubble wrap and cardboard as much as I can. I don’t charge extra for shipping materials.
