1. Who we are
Innerly is a personal wellness tracking app.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide:
- Name (optional, set during onboarding)
- Email address (via Google Sign-in)
- Wellness data: stress levels, mood, sleep, water intake,
  habits, journal entries, exercise, goals, breathing sessions
- Profile preferences: language, theme, notification settings

Data collected automatically:
- Device type and OS version
- App usage events (which features you use)
- Crash logs (anonymous)

We do NOT collect: location, contacts, or browsing history.

3. How we use your data
- Sync your data across devices
- Generate personalised AI wellness insights (sent to our
  secure server-side proxy — never stored by the AI)
- Send reminders
- Process your subscription
- Show ads to free users (Google AdMob, anonymous
  identifier only — never linked to your wellness data)
- Improve the app (anonymous analytics only)

We never sell your data.
We never use your wellness data for advertising.

4. Third parties
- Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
  (EU servers, europe-west1 region)
- Groq — AI insights, processed server-side only,
  never stored
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management
- Google AdMob — ads for free users
- Google Sign-In — authentication

5. Security
- Data stored in Google Firebase, European Union servers
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords never stored (Firebase Authentication)
- AI prompts processed server-side only, never exposed
  to the client or stored by the AI provider

6. Camera and microphone
Only requested when you choose to record audio or video
journal entries. Fully optional — the app works completely
without these permissions. Recordings stored only in your
personal account.

7. Your rights (GDPR)
- Access: Profile → Privacy & Data → Export My Data
- Delete: Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete All My Data
  (removed within 30 days)
- Correct: edit your data directly in the app
- Withdraw consent: delete your account at any time
- Complaints: contact your local data protection authority

8. Data retention
- Kept while your account is active
- Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Anonymous crash logs and usage events: kept 90 days

9. Age
Innerly is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly
collect data from children under 13.
