We’re looking for an Innovation Designer to explore what visual language becomes next. Not trend forecasting, not moodboard accumulation: someone with strong aesthetic instincts, technical curiosity and an ongoing personal practice shaped by experimentation, research and fresh image culture. The role moves between motion, CGI, AI, mixing emerging tools with traditional analog craft and visual development — exploring new aesthetics through a strong awareness of art, fashion, photography and design.
You’ll help expand the studio’s visual language through research, experimentation and production-driven exploration. Part image-maker. Part cultural observer. Part creative explorer. We’re interested in people who develop original perspectives rather than replicate existing ones.
