Pick something you've got coming up, whether it's a launch, a job hunt or a new offer. Count back three months and give each month one job.

| Month | Its job | What I'll post more of |

| Type month… | Reach and nurture | Type here… |

Every post does one of three things: reach new people, nurture the people who already follow you, or sell. Plan your next eight posts and decide how you'll judge each one.

How to read your numbers
A reach post with low saves isn't a failure if it brings in new followers. A nurture post with low reach isn't a failure if it fills your DMs.

A great cover gets someone to stop, but the slides behind it are what make them send it.
<aside> 💡
**Example: "LinkedIn is cool now" (reached 750k non-followers)**
The cover: said something people didn't expect, because everyone thought of LinkedIn as the boring platform
The follow-through: every slide backed it up with real creators and brands doing interesting things there
Why it got sent: it gave people a reason to stop and a reason to share it
