| Solis (aidMH) • Convening ‘Culture & Intersectional Equity in LE Network (CIELEN)’ since Jul 2023 • Had input into Vic’s upcoming State-wide LLE Leadership Strategy (through a specific strategic direction: Diversifying LLE Workforces), alongside First Nations Strategic input. • Co-leading this CoP alongside a number of other projects coming up in this space 😊

📆 Feb 2023 - Current | Decolonising Consumer Perspective Supervision (CPS) • SS’s CPS Reflection Piece & my Intersectional Approach to CPS were precursors to a conversation with CPS team + FG’s ongoing development of CPS Slides/content in training - Including the section on ‘First Nations’ & Culture-specific historical and ongoing activism (and erasure)’.

📆 End of 2025 - Current | Mind’s Work in the Lived Experience & Equity Spaces • Development of a new Intersectionality-focused action Framework (TBC) and supporting national peer workforce • Integration of intersectional and equity/justice-driven approaches embedded from the beginning of service establishment phase of the new (and first ever) Lived Experience Residential Service

📆 Early 2025 - Current | NH’s work & Collective Research • Recent paper published: Exploring Issues of Culture in Peer Work: A Qualitative Study • Have begun collecting Literature & Frameworks relating to the intersect between Intersectionality/Diversity/Equity/Justice & the LE/Peer Work sectors (for Theoretical Framework and for Google Drive).

📆 Jun 2023 - Current | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | The National Mental Health Consumer Alliance (Australia’s peak body for MH consumers)’s Multicultural Affinity Group • Working on building a national shared foundations document around multicultural lived experience and influencing federal MH work.

• Broader Social and Emotional Wellbeing Frameworks | cohealth’s Bicultural Workers Program • Bicultural Worker Professional Standards • Work to explore BC x LE Frameworks - Including presenting with JP at TheMHS 2026 around BC x LE/Peer Work.

📆 Bicultural Program ongoing since Pre-2019, LE work ~2026 | Intertwine’s work • Specifically in relation to people’s interaction with systems & structures being where the complexity gets introduced (rather than people’s identities themselves being complex and the onus on them to be more palatable to the system).

📆 Intertwine around since 2017 | | VTMH (Victorian Transcultural Mental Health)’s LLE Project • Working on a new codesigned project that seeks to identify the range of factors that lead to the invisiblising of experiences of cultural/racial marginalisation within the Victorian LLE workforce.
