The former 618630e and PR #1 references are retained only as historical provenance. Current authority is the merged general finite SU(2) spectral-kernel compiler at ad297e1, with CITY-58 closed and no pending aggregate-certificate mismatch.
Canonical main contains the repaired E47 implementation through merge commit 618630e. The merged implementation restores src/e47/su2_kernel.py, repository-root pytest routing, QuTiP 5.x compatibility, and the aggregate validation path; the implementation head reports 16 passing tests.
The documented derivative output artifacts/e47_validation_certificate.json is still absent from canonical main. Pull request #1 remains open and draft but is now stale and non-mergeable. It is not canonical artifact authority. The mathematical identity and merged source provenance remain valid; aggregate JSON certification remains pending fresh generation from current main.
Current reported software milestone: 16 tests passed, secret scan passed, and CodeQL passed after restoration of the SU(2) kernel module, pytest import routing, dense-matrix validator inputs, and certificate serialization contract.
