9Zero is hiring an early career builder who is highly motivated, driven, and wants Climate and AI to win. You learn fast, work AI first, and are the person who makes things actually work.
You will be our key point of contact and thought partner in building our data tools, making sure there is no single point of failure, and creating the digital backbone for one of the biggest communities in climate and AI, across 9Zero, 9Zero Capital, and VCity.

Work with us in San Francisco (preferred) or remotely, and you will get a front row seat to building the home of the climate and AI ecosystems alongside top founders and VCs.

What you'll own
Data and Dashboards
- Dashboards: Build and iterate on the dashboards that track the company's KPIs and key metrics. Develop them with strong UX/UI and be a thought partner for how to improve them.
- CRM and membership data platform: Own the opportunity to build out our CRM and membership data platform as an additional tool.
- Enrichment: Own member and investor data enrichment, deduping and verification so data is clean and trusted.
Automations and AI Tools
- Own how the team works faster. You find the manual work and eliminate it with automation and AI: Zapier, Supabase and more, plus bot workflows that remove steps entirely.
- You keep Fabric, our member AI assistant, accurate by catching wrong answers and shipping fixes.
Communication and Tech
- Create a seamless way of communicating across our AI tools, with a human touch, not only reliant on AI. Get our tech to a strong place in fewer iterations, not more.
- Manage our ticket tracker, dashboards, and Notion workspace.
- Send a short weekly note on what shipped.
