JaMo (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) takes the protection of users’ personal information seriously and provides the following Privacy Policy to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

As a general rule, the App does not directly collect users’ personal information within the App itself.

However, if a user contacts us directly in the following ways, personal information may be provided during that process.

• Information provided when submitting an email inquiry or reporting a bug
  • Email address
  • Details of the inquiry
  • Other information voluntarily provided by the user (e.g., device information, screenshots, screen recordings, etc.)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Information provided directly by the user will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Reviewing and responding to inquiries
• Reviewing bug reports and resolving issues
• App improvement and user support

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Personal information provided by users via email or other means may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to inquiries and resolve issues.

Except where retention is required by applicable laws and regulations, such information will be deleted without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, or processed into a form that no longer allows for the identification of an individual.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The app does not provide users’ personal information to third parties.

However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

• When the user has given prior consent
• When required by law
