I design for B2B products where the users are professionals, the workflows are dense, and the margin for confusion is zero. Over the past year at CBREX, I owned end-to-end design across the platform's core hiring flows — from semantic search interfaces and multi-portal role systems to AI screening flows and contract payrolling engines — and watched most of them go live.
I come from a Chemical Engineering background, which means I default to systems thinking before aesthetics. I care about how things work, not just how they look.
The Parthenon (Athens, Greece) was built without a single straight line - every column slightly curved, every step subtly bowed - so that the human eye would perceive it as perfect. Good design has always been about correcting for human perception, not just following rules.
