Jibbber is an independent, voice-based language-learning project operated from Indonesia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use the Jibbber iOS application, website, and related services.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive information needed to create and secure your account. Depending on your choices and the sign-in provider, this may include your name, email address, provider account identifier, authentication information, and an internal Jibbber user identifier.

We also store learning preferences and settings such as your support and practice languages, selected courses, country code, time zone, onboarding progress, and reminder preferences.

Voice conversations and learning content

When you start a voice-practice session, we process:

Raw audio is transmitted for real-time processing. Jibbber does not intentionally save raw audio recordings in its databases after a session. Third-party voice and AI providers may process data according to their own service terms and privacy commitments.

We store conversation transcripts and learning results so that you can view your history and feedback.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes App Store payments. Jibbber receives purchase and entitlement information needed to activate and maintain subscriptions, such as product and transaction identifiers, subscription status, purchase and expiry dates, App Store environment, and an app-account token. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

Usage, technical, and support information

We collect limited product-interaction and technical information to operate and improve Jibbber. This may include event names, randomly generated installation and session identifiers, an internal user identifier for signed-in events, app and service versions, language and course choices, subscription events, country or Storefront context, session outcomes, request identifiers, timestamps, errors, security events, and IP addresses generated through normal internet infrastructure.
