Juthour Creative Leadership Framework (LF)

Program of learning rooted in Juthour’s 200‑year covenant to protect and regenerate ancestral Palestinian land as a living tree museum (arboretum), nature preserve, and ecological education centre, and in a wider intention to support individuals and attract aligned organisations into a living field of mutual contribution and shared stewardship, where Juthour’s landscape and each participant are held as fertile ground for ecological and personal success.[1]

Our Creative Leadership Framework offers an integrative pathway that bridges spiritual and physical realms of service to self and service to others, deconstructing colonial patterns of extractive ownership and inviting symbiotic land stewardship grounded in trauma‑informed care, ecological wisdom, situational awareness, ethical practice, collaborative respect, and leadership through knowledge sharing.[1][2]

Stage 1 – Preparation & Intention Setting is delivered through seven online connection points that co‑create a CLF living charter; this charter and its commitments are then operationalised through the capabilities, pathways, reflection practices, and governance annex described in the sections below.[2]

Welcome to Juthour

Juthour is a long‑term, values‑anchored project to regenerate a degraded Palestinian mountain into a living tree museum (arboretum), nature preserve, and ecological education centre. It protects ancestral land, restores ecology, and creates a sanctuary where people can experience, learn from, and participate in regenerative land care.Juthour, PalestineVision
