Juthour – Investment Planning

This page is for internal investment planning conversations with a philanthropic focus. It connects the Vision and Charter to concrete capital needs, funder profiles, and funding pathways, with an emphasis on mission alignment, not profit‑seeking investment.

1. Philanthropic Investment Thesis

Juthour is a long‑term, values‑anchored project to regenerate a degraded Palestinian mountain into a living tree museum (arboretum), nature preserve, and ecological education centre. It protects ancestral land, restores ecology, and creates a sanctuary where people can experience, learn from, and participate in regenerative land care.

The project’s returns are ecological, cultural, and educational, not financial. Because of this, philanthropic capital is the natural fit.

Why philanthropic capital (not profit‑seeking investment)?
