KanBam stores the content you create, including board and column names, cards, ideas, labels, checklists, assignee text, dates, estimates, and other task details. App preferences such as appearance and detail level are stored on your device.
If iCloud sync is enabled, board content is stored in your iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service so it can appear on your devices. If you share a board, its content and changes are available to people who join using that board's share link. Do not place sensitive information in a board you share.
The developer does not operate a separate account system or receive your board database for advertising or analytics. Apple processes iCloud data under Apple's terms and privacy policy.
You can use KanBam locally with iCloud sync turned off. You can stop sharing an owned board or leave a board shared by someone else from the board's sharing controls. You can delete cards, ideas, boards, or the app itself. iCloud data can also be managed through your Apple account and device settings.
Content remains on your device or in iCloud until you delete it, stop sharing it, leave the share, or remove it through your Apple account. KanBam does not retain an additional developer-controlled copy.
KanBam is a general productivity app and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect information for advertising or profiling.
