Diagnosed a class of malformed-request bugs in the TypeScript executeSecureRequest pipeline by tracing the Electron IPC lifecycle; fixed via post-substitution unresolved-variable validation — merged as PR #454 into production beta.
Prevented regressions by writing 16 unit + integration tests covering all variable-resolution scenarios; revised across two rounds of maintainer review.
