This Privacy Policy applies to Kids Fun Math (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") and all its users, especially minor child users. The Game attaches great importance to the protection of user privacy and personal information, and strictly complies with relevant laws and regulations including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Minor Network Protection Regulations, so as to fully protect the legitimate privacy rights and interests of children and parents.
Before using the Game services, please read this Privacy Policy carefully (for parents or guardians). Your downloading, installing and using of the Game shall constitute your full understanding and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to any clause herein, please stop using the Game immediately.
This Privacy Policy governs all collection, use, storage, protection and disclosure of user information generated from your use of the Game’s mobile application, mini-programs and all official derivative services.
The Game adheres to the core principles of minimum necessity, voluntary authorization and protection priority. We only collect information necessary to provide basic game services and optimize children’s user experience. We will never compulsorily collect irrelevant personal information, nor collect sensitive personal information unrelated to game services from minors. For child users, all information collection activities are conducted with the knowledge and consent of parents or guardians.
To ensure the normal operation of the Game and optimize user experience, we automatically collect non-sensitive device and usage data during your use. Such information cannot be used to identify any individual, including but not limited to: device model, operating system version, device language, network type, game page access records, function click records, quiz and learning data, service duration, and application crash & fault logs.
Such data is solely used for: ensuring stable game operation, repairing program bugs, optimizing game levels and math question types, improving children’s educational and gaming experience, and conducting anonymous service data statistics.
The Game supports full core functions without registration or login. We do not proactively collect users’ phone numbers, real names, ID numbers, residential addresses, location data, album files, microphone records or other private information.
We may only collect the following information with the active authorization of parents or guardians (you may refuse or revoke authorization at any time):
Device storage permission: used for caching game resources and saving local game progress only, with no other purposes;
Anonymous game data: when users voluntarily participate in in-game rankings, only anonymous nicknames and quiz scores will be displayed, which are not associated with any real personal identity information.
We will never actively collect children’s real names, date of birth, home addresses, contact information, facial information, fingerprint data, precise geographic location, contact lists, SMS records or album content. We will never induce children to voluntarily submit any personal privacy information.
