Alcohol. Relationships. Money. Success. Failure. Stress.

I kept pointing at the surface because the truth underneath scared me.

The truth was this:

I didn’t trust myself.

And if you don’t trust yourself, you can have the best plan in the world and still sabotage it—because the part of you that wants comfort will keep winning negotiations.
