🇰🇷 My Korean Journey — Level A2
Part of my public 75-Day Korean & Chinese Challenge. I post a daily lesson summary image — vocabulary, one grammar point, and a real example sentence.
📖 Grammar
- How to Study Korean — free, comprehensive grammar course, the best structured free resource available
- Focus order: word order (SOV) → particles (은/는, 이/가) → verb conjugation basics → honorifics
✍️ Writing System (Hangul)
- Hangul can genuinely be learned in a single sitting — search "learn Hangul in an hour"
- Practice writing by hand before typing; it cements letter shapes faster
🎧 Listening
- Korean Unnie — beginner-friendly explanations
- Talk To Me In Korean (TTMIK) — structured levels, podcast + lessons
- K-dramas with Korean subtitles (not English) once you hit A2/B1
🗣️ Speaking
- Shadow K-pop or drama lines out loud — rhythm and intonation matter as much as vocabulary in Korean
- Tandem/HelloTalk for real exchange partners
